So... how did the UK and RUSSIA tie for first place?
After we cranked (and re-cranked) the February data through our magic statistics equation (I have 4 degrees - so don't even start), the final scores for The UK and RUSSIA were SO close that most accepted methods of data analysis would consider them statistically identical.
So we didn't argue.
