Programming note:


Not sure how it's going to work out yet, but I will TRY to have all 3 of our vintage Halloween episodes available for streaming/download before the 31st.   (They'll go fast, and with our limited bandwidth plan it will absolutely be "First-Come-First-Served")    Watch this space.

As for the mending of my broken heart... 6 weeks later, it ain't happening.

I DID find an interesting exercise online that helped for several days, but has recently lost it's effectiveness.

The concept is simple: Put a pad of multi-colored sticky-notes and a Sharpie in your bathroom.    Then: Every time you think of something horrible your EX did or said to you, write it on a sticky-note and affix it to your bathroom mirror.

Now, every time you brush your teeth or take a shit, you are reminded of just how horrible your EX was, AND how grateful you should be they are no longer a part of your life.

Me, I COMPLETELY covered my mirror in less than two days, and have now started papering the side medicine cabinet and surrounding wall.

No matter how big (and nasty) my quilts of betrayal and heartbreak have become - I still miss her.   I have also discovered that crying on the toilet is about the LEAST manly thing a guy can do.    Sigh....
